Deposit and balance costing along with our payment policy can be found on our website (Step by Step Guide).  Remember that until the balance payment has been sent all waste remains the legal  responsibility of the customer.

Cheadle House Clearance has dropped their Ltd status and are once again classed as a sole trading business.

For health & Safety and insurance purposes we are unable to clear attics that are not boarded or made safe to enter. This includes exposed fibreglass insulation. 

For the clearance of extra-large items where the property has a patio door please ensure keys are available. 

Freezers must be defrosted prior to clearance where this is necessary.

If electric cookers are present, to save the £25 disconnection fee please ensure this is disconnected prior to the day of the clearance. Until further notice we don't have a gas safe engineer for disconnection of gas appliances.

Outdoor items that are sodden will carry higher waste costs due to the extra weight.  

We offer a free key pick up service if required, from your chosen Estate Agents, we would need to pick the keys up the day before. We will then drop the keys off on the day of completion. Comprehensive photo's / video's will be taken of the cleared property and sent via Wattsapp prior to balance payment.
